Pew Power Volunteers impact the lives of very young children, seniors, and every age in between. They rock babies and serve communion to the home-bound elderly. They dig holes and build towers, drive vans and walk miles to raise money and awareness. They sew quilts and ring bells for prison inmates and bake cookies for the bereaved. They are the hands and feet of Jesus here at Chapel Hill and throughout the community and world. This involves the interaction of the deacon led volunteer team with ministry leaders who are sometimes staff members and sometimes are volunteers themselves.
