Activity Cancellation Policy If for any reason the Peninsula School District posts a school delay or cancellation, Chapel Hill Presbyterian Church delays and cancellations will be as follows: If PSD has a 2- hour Delay/Cancellation Then all CHPC morning program activities will be cancelled. 4pm check for an update on this website regarding evening activities. Chapel Hill voice mail will direct callers to the website and X445 for updated information and signage will be posted at CHPC entrances.
If PSD has an All-Day Cancellation Then all CHPC daytime activities will be cancelled. 4pm check for an update on this website regarding evening activities. Chapel Hill voice mail will direct callers to the website and X445 for updated information and signage will be posted at CHPC entrances.
For Non-School Days Chapel Hill Closures If our Facilities Department needs to close the building during regular open hours, all program activities will be cancelled until it is safe to open the building. There will be an update on this website. Chapel Hill voicemail will direct callers to extension 445 and the website for updated information and signage will be posted at CHPentrances.
